Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the condos or custom homes. Smoking is permitted outside only. Check-In time is 4:00-6:00 pm daily. If your travel plans require a late arrival, please call us in advance for Late Check-In Procedures. Checkout time is 10:00 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The full amount owed on the condo is due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations before that date incur no charge. Cancellations after that date incur the full charge. We will make every effort to re-rent the condo. If we are successful you will be charged only the difference between what you owe and what we have been able to re-rent for.

Reservations Confirmation: We will confirm your reservation within approximately 24 hours. Availability of a particular condo or custom home is usually accurate, but please wait for your confirmation.

Season: March 1st to October 31st
Off Season: November 1st to February 28^th
